Top Business Development Executive develops and leads the overall business development vision, strategy, plans, and processes that will drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives. Identifies and evaluates new markets, partners, channels, and customers. Being a Top Business Development Executive develops a wide network of contacts to keep informed about current and future industry and market actions. Researches and analyzes the business environment, competitors, and customers to develop ideas for new products and services, pricing, and business models. Additionally, Top Business Development Executive directs financial feasibility studies, development of proposals, and negotiations for new business opportunities. Collaborates with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support business development plans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to chief executive officer (ceo). Responsible for the development of functional or business unit strategy for the entire organization.   • Modern Toyota of Asheboro is currently seeking a full-time Business Development Sales Representative to expand its team in our Asheboro, NC Dealership. Candidates will possess honesty, integrity, and a pleasant outgoing personality.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Answering both inbound and internal phone calls and web leads
    • Communicating effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person.
    • Scheduling appointments and sales of a reasonable level in comparison to other BDRs
    • Following up and responding to internet leads immediately
    • Maintaining customer database and follow-up through the current Customer Resource Management tool
    • Maintaining an average of 80 outbound phone calls daily
    • Sending and receiving multiple emails daily
    • Communicating professionally with customers and fellow employees

    Qualifications:

    • Must have computer and keyboarding skills.
    • Must have the ability to work a varying Monday-Saturday schedule.
    • Ability to multi-task.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience in a call center or the automotive industry is a plus.
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
