Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• General office duties such as filing, data input, processing paperwork

• Assures accurate data entry of client information, record and tie out census daily

• Identify and process accounts that are aging and work closely with Corporate for collections

• Communicate with residents and their families regarding their bills (interpersonal, emails, mailing statements, etc.)

• Process Medicaid enrollments and recertifications

• Assist residents with SSI, SSD, and VA benefit applications

• Support the facility with resident trust activity for banking purposes and monitor resident funds for appropriateness

• Record deposits

• Keep proper and accurate records, as well as, analyze data and implement solutions.

• Prepare classified reports as directed and maintain a confidential atmosphere.

To qualify for this opportunity we ask is that you have:

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Knowledge or general office procedures

• Excellent costumer service skills

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a nursing home business office or nursing home billing office

• Must be a team player
