Position Title: Healthcare Executive Chef- Hialeah, FL

Reports To: Director of Dining Services

Salary: $70,000-$80,000

Schedule: Predominantly Mon-Fri with some holidays and weekends, no late nights

Job Details: Executive Chef for Palmetto General, a 350 bed acute care hospital. Chef will be responsible for overseeing 22 staff in the kitche, inventory management, retail and catering exprerience, and patient foodservice. Chef must speak spanish.
