Executive Event Management is a small private security company based out of Salt Lake City, UT. We're looking to fill the position of Site Supervisor. This is a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday from 7am - 3pm. The position is available immediately, the ideal candidate should be available to start immediately as well. $30 per hour to start. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in leadership positions within the security field. We would also love to see experience in managing a team of 7 or more including scheduling.

General responsibilities include but are not limited to,
Be on site Monday - Friday from 7am - 3pm. We offer a half day every other Friday for admin responsibilities that can be done from home.
Creating and managing your teams schedule using google sheets.
Ensuring coverage for the site at all times. This can include covering shifts yourself if necessary.
Ensuring our policies as well as our clients policies are followed by your team.
There will be times when your team may need to reach out to you outside of your regularly scheduled shifts for emergencies, you should be available for these. There will be support in this from your Administrative team should you not be available.
You would be responsible for the same duties as your team while you are on site.
Responsibilities of your team include:
Observing and reporting any issues arising to authorities
Responding appropriately and calmly to diverse situations
Controlling the entries and exits of secured locations, ensuring only authorized employees and approved visitors are admitted.
Writing and reading day-to-day accounts of activities on site
Carefully patrolling an area by foot as assigned
Diligently observing computer systems to monitor camera and badge apps
Expertly and professionally applying client's policies, procedures and standards in each interaction with public or employees.
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Need to be able to pass drug and background check
Must be able to exercise good judgment/decisions and practice appropriate grooming standards
Integrity and flexibility are both vital in security professions
Physically able to be on your feet and patrol as well as staying alert for entire shift
