Position Statement
The SoHum Sales Executive is a high-ticket sales position. This position is our primary contact for our clients for booking until their next booking and stay. We are seeking someone who is able to close and convert effectively, efficiently, and in a manner that is compassionate and graceful. The Sales Executive should have poise and comfort speaking with clients who come from affluent backgrounds.
Our lead flow is strong, yet we are also looking for someone who can also develop a sales strategy for new clientele from new market segments. We are seeking a Sales Executive to help us build, measure, optimize and scale our sales program to drive growth. The Sales Executive will be responsible for helping develop market segments, attracting new clients while maintaining existing client relationships; as well as assisting with bookings for SoHum.
In addition to lead response and booking, this Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting clients with any queries they have and any touches that would make their stay exceptional. This position should be able to think out of the box and make their requests manifest. An excellent ability to build relationships, be a pillar of support, and excellent service is equally important as the ability to sell our program.
