Position: Sales Executive
General Responsibilities:
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving revenue growth goals set by the EVP and CRO. This role involves building, growing, and developing an established pipeline by adhering to clearly defined processes outlined by the manager or EVP.
Evaluation Period:
The first 90 days will serve as an evaluation period of the Sales Executive's sales acumen. During this period, the following leadership qualifications will be required:
1. Strong leadership, culture-building, and team engagement capabilities to consistently maintain the corporate vision within the sales department.
2. Demonstrates company core values while leading a team to embrace and execute according to those values.
3. Utilizes established processes to obtain, analyze, and manage outcomes using appropriate metrics.
4. Values written business processes, develops processes, and remains accountable to follow them.
5. Logical and systematic thinker, capable of independently evaluating and solving problems while equipping the team with similar problem-solving skills.
Additional Job Components:
1. Participates in weekly Sales L10 meetings, providing all pertinent measurement data for individual performance.
2. Maintains client data in a CRM and provides leadership with visibility to pipeline opportunities.
3. Participates in EOS meetings and champions EOS principles for the sales team.
4. Contributes as a strategic thought leader with the sales team for future planning.
5. Builds rapport and cooperative relationships with the Operations team for strong collaboration.
6. Adapts sales tactics, strategies, and methodologies quickly in response to changing market conditions.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00
Commission: Will be paid on gross profit on a sliding scale up to 15%
Benefits:
Following the evaluation period, Health/Dental/Vision care will be provided per the company plan, along with 18 days of PTO per year.
Medical / Dental / Vision: employee pays for any family members.
Percentages paid by CLN for the employee only:
1. Medical: CLN pays 100%
2. Dental: CLN Pays for 50% - cost to employee is minimal
3. Vision: CLN pays for 0% - cost to employee is minimal
Life Insurance: coverage is 2x annual salary, min 200K – CLN pays 100%
