Work Hour: 8am- 5pm (Including unpaid 1 hour break)
1. Locating New Sales opportunities through cold-calling, attending trade shows, and building mailing lists, negotiating sales terms and providing product demonstrations
2. Follow up on cold/warm leads to further the sales process
3. Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
4. Responsible for selling Company products to all customers in the assigned territory
5. Meet sales goals and objectives set by management
6. Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
7. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
8. Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
9. Cooperate with accounting department to assure the collection of account receivable due
10. Submits sales activity reports and other reports as needed
11. Other duties as assigned
