Top Turf is the Southeast's leading independently owned lawn care and pest control company. We have been around for over twenty years because we create lawns that you have always dreamed of. We are currently looking for a motivated, goal-oriented, outgoing inside sales representative to help us grow our business with an opportunity to advance in our company! Not a remote position, it is in office.
Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative:
Demonstrate knowledge of all of our services and promotions to new and existing customers
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their lawn care and pest control needs and answer any questions they may have
Maintain contact files and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Achieve weekly/monthly sales goals
Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
Qualifications for Inside Sales Representative:
Comfortable talking to people on the phone for extended periods of time
Ability to not only meet, but to exceed sales goals and budgets
Possess superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ability to maintain and personify our core values - positive attitude, customer first, professionalism, dedicated, and have a desire to succeed
1 years of sales experience is preferred, but not required
High school degree or equivalent
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, a plus!
