 Prospecting of new accounts and the maintenance of existing customer accounts.

 Sales Job Duties Include, but not limited to:

o Prospecting/Developing new accounts in assigned territory

o Prepare all information for quotes

o Consult customers on services

 Maintain appropriate records and documentation as defined Management on all work performed

 Provide timely communication to customer contacts and internally to technical management as to status

and customer satisfaction for assigned projects

 Work to identify new opportunities and customer needs and ensure that they are met.

 Follow-up on all internal and customer-defined policies and procedures

 Management of Bids and Proposals

 Management of Sales Contracts and Public Sector Contracts

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 Understands sales strategies

 Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM, etc.

 Strong written and verbal communication

 Ability to problem solve

 Provide detailed correspondence with customers, co-workers, and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner

 Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments.

 Ability to pay close attention to detail.

Ability to make sound decisions using information at hand

Education and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in business, educational technology, marketing, sales, or related field preferred.

 4 years of customer service/ sales experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
