As a Category Management Support Associate, you will assist and be responsible for driving sales and profit through category planning and execution of strategic product marketing plans, as well as gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the Category VP’s vision and working closely with sales, procurement, and vendor partners to ensure customer satisfaction and corporate fiscal goals are met. Day to day task will include mapping and entering flyer promotions, seasonal pre-sells, pricing analytics, and special projects.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience
• Strong mathematical, problem solving and forecasting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strength in teamwork
• Personal Management skills
• Strong verbal and written abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong organizational skills
• Creative skills necessary
• Ability to interact with multiple groups
