Skills:

- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documents
- Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic signature processing
- Ability to assist in event planning logistics
- Excellent calendar management skills to organize appointments efficiently
- Proficient in phone systems to handle incoming calls professionally
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Prior experience in office management is a plus
