Full-time (1.0 FTE), 8-hour day, 12-month position

• Coordinates all Career Development Council Program activities
• Supervises and evaluates CDC staff
• Directs and Coordinates CDC Board
• Develops and manages budget; both CoSer funding and not-for-profit funding
• Maintains database of resources
• Teams with Business and Industry partners
• Researches, writes, and manages grants to support/expand CDC programs
• Initiates and coordinates a continuum of school-to-school work program experiences
• Understands and promotes liaison between Education and Business and Industry
• Actively involved in community; serves on regional committees
• Provides districts with reports and data, as needed
• Carry out all other duties as assigned
