    Responsibilities:

    • Generate new client leads and develop relationships with potential clients
    • Identify customer needs and pain points
    • Contacting prospective clients to generate interest in Simply Driven services
    • Qualify leads over the phone and schedule appointments for Human Resources Recruiting and Sales team
    • Achieve monthly sales targets

    Ideal Background:

    • 1 year of proven experience in Outbound Sales or New Business Development
    • Previous experience in HR is preferred but not required
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Dependable, organized and detail oriented
    • Self-motivated and driven personality
    • A positive attitude, “people skills,” and a passion for engaging people in conversation
