Polikov Recruitment Solutions specializes in recruiting in the Commercial Property & Casualty/Professional Lines Insurance Industry.

We are currently searching for an Executive Liability Claims Manager in Chicago.

Our client is an A rated carrier serving niche insurance markets & shouldering the risks, so their clients have the security to create, explore, grow and prosper.

Highlights of this role:

• You will be assigned a very manageable caseload of high severity/low frequency executive liability claims
• The claims you handle will be a blended caseload of primary & excess
• You will work in an entrepreneurial environment and be expected to have an “Ownership Mentality” giving you a lot of authority to make business decisions as you see fit
• You will work with Underwriters to develop & shape the direction of the policy and discuss industry trends or case law that may impact their respective product lines
• You will work closely with Defense Counsel on developing appropriate litigation strategy
• Hybrid role with 3 days a week in their downtown Chicago office

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Juris Doctorate preferred
• 5 years of experience handling complex Management Liability, EPLI and Fiduciary Liability claims
• Exceptional writing and communication skills allowing you to work effectively with insureds, claimants, underwriters, and upper management
