REQUIREMENTS

OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Engage in direct marketing efforts such as phone calls, canvassing, and attending networking events to generate leads and build the company's reputation

● Conduct on-site evaluations of property damage and determine the extent of coverage under insurance policies

● Negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to obtain the maximum amount of compensation for their claims

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the claims process

● Update clients on their claims and address any concerns they may have
● Attend the daily huddles and weekly team meetings
● Attend all training events
● Take online course and pass state exam to get licensed

COMPENSATION

● Competitive Commission Based Compensation Structure
● Compensation will include a combination of:

• Commission Base Pay
• Personal Bonuses
• Team Bonuses
• Profit Sharing Bonuses (For leaders who qualify)

● Total income earned will be determined by the results of your personal and team performance

• Average can earn $50,000/year
• Above average will earn six figures their first year
• Overachievers will earn over $250,000/ year
