Additionally, Top Claims Litigation Executive consults with senior management to resolve issues and decide settlements. Must be admitted into the state bar. Acts as Attorney of Record. Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to top management. The Top Claims Litigation Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Claims Litigation Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.   • What will you be doing?

    The Client Services Executive will be responsible for developing a strategy and plan to handle future growth in their account base through capacity planning, training, and process improvement.

    This individual will also provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the consultants as they execute their assigned engagements.

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Drive large scale Services engagements with our largest customers
    • Develop deep customer relationships with hiring managers and directors within the assigned account base
    • Work in a sales overlay role with our exiting account Client Executives to drive additional margin through Services in our largest accounts
    • Drive growth within our Services practice
    • Help recruit, interview, and hire top industry talent to grow the organization
    • Build, maintain, and utilize subcontract relationships to level capacity fluctuations
    • Ensure compliance with WWT's Delivery Methodology
    • Evaluate processes and recommend changes to drive higher quality and profitability

    QUALIFICATIONS :

    • Minimum of 10 years Services sales experience
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
    • Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
    • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
    • 25-50% travel required

    • Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of base salary range. Total compensation for this role includes a base plus commission.

    A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this position is $150,000-180,000 commissions. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs.

    The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
