Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to top management. The Top Claims Litigation Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Claims Litigation Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Excellent legal writing and research skills are required. Prior
experience as a judicial law clerk is a plus.
Requirements- Minimum of three years of solid litigation experience, preferably with some commercial litigation, trial or white collar and investigations experience.

- A self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
