Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Claims Litigation Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. While health care experience is not a prerequisite, your interest in specializing
in this important and dynamic sector is.
Requirements- Minimum of two years of solid litigation experience
- Excellent research, writing and advocacy skills
- Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work
- independently and proactively and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs
