Executive Administrative Assistant

Centurion Industries, Inc. is a privately owned manufacturing and construction company located north of Fort Wayne, Indiana. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to join our family-friendly corporate office.

The Executive Administrative Assistant will report to senior management. Responsibilities will include:

• Assist Corporate Counsel in managing the legal affairs of the corporation.
• Document preparation including drafting, and editing of documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Provide general administrative support to the executive team.

Qualifications:

• Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
