Job Title: Account Management Coordinator/Analyst

Location: 1425 North Discovery Parkway, Wauwatosa, WI – Hybrid

Job Description:

In this role you will be responsible for managing pricing data and support, in New LV Drives Sales in the USA, ensuring accurate data management and input to allow our systems to operate appropriately.

You will provide support to the pricing team in ensuring that customers, materials, and pricing agreements are efficiently and accurately input into our system to allow for proper order management.

You will provide support to the pricing team in ensuring that customers, materials, and pricing agreements are efficiently and accurately input into our system to allow for proper order management.

Responsibilities:

• Populate and maintain necessary SAP system data for both customers and materials to ensure the business system automation is consistent and functional

• Set up and monitor proper flow of one-time quote requests from customers and sales team

• Manage proper blanket agreement documentation management within Sharepoint

Background:

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or pricing

• Intermediate Knowledge of SAP and Excel

• Strong communication and analytical skills
