Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. Duties:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates

- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, HR sourcing, and iCIMS to attract and identify potential candidates

- Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Evaluate employee performance through regular reviews and feedback sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficient in sales techniques for attracting top talent
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive offers for candidates
