Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance the customer's experience
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of various products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and sales records
- Proven ability to upsell and drive sales
- Experience in smoke shops or sales is preferred
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
