The Service Line (SL) Patient Reported Outcome Measure (PROMs) Coordinator is responsible for:

• The mandated survey collection process for total hip and total knee arthroplasty through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for use in the Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR) Program.
• They collaborate with Service Line Directors to establish, execute, and monitor the collection and reporting process for PROMs.
• The SL PROMs Coordinator supports clinical and operational staff to adhere to the CMS standards including data specifications, survey questionnaires, file submissions, and report timelines.
• They identify process improvement opportunities, assist with program/questionnaire development, and support completion of pre- and post- operative patient surveys.
• The SLPROMs Coordinator stays current on new rulings specified by CMS that impact the PROMs collection procedure to ensure compliance with all future reporting requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Related Field
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
