Requirements for a Clinical Quality Executive:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing with RN licensure and LNHA certification.
• 2-4 years' experience capitalizing on quality assurance, patient outcomes, MDS and the Five Star Rating Program.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Quality Executive:

• This position will be part of the Joint Venture known as Northeast Ohio Hospice, which is equally owned by 4 senior living organizations, Jennings, Laurel Lake Retirement Community, Village of St Edward and Eliza Jennings.
• Spend 25% of your time at each organization on clinical quality assurance and maximizing quality indicators to improve safety and patient outcomes as defined by each partner CEO.
• Maintain compliance with all State, Federal and Local Regulatory standards.
• Collect and analyze data in a timely manner.
• Your role will not focus on the hospice despite being employed by that Joint Venture organization unless this is mutually agreed upon by the 4 partners as well as yourself.
