    Our KCP Medical Scribes/Medical Assistants support the vision and mission of the organization and continually work to collaborate with all clinical services staff in support of direct patient services. Our Medical Scribes/Medical Assistants partner with our physicians and are responsible for a variety of efficient patient care, technical, and clerical related functions in a manner that places emphasis on quality of care and excellent customer service.

    Requirements:

    • Current, valid MA certification
    • Current, valid CPR certification
    • Two years of MA experience highly desirable
    • Previous medical scribe experience
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; Able to read, write, and comprehend English
    • Experienced in computer data entry/typing
    • Demonstrated customer-first attitude and philosophy
    • Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate and effective skills for communicating with all ages served, via in person, by electronic mail or telephone
    • Able to multitask and react positively to frequent changes in duties and volume of work; Adaptable; Reliable
    • Culturally sensitive and demonstrated ability to work with ethnically diverse populations
    • Working knowledge of universal precautions
