  • A Path of Care Hospice of Norman, OK is looking to hire a full-time Hospice Education and Clinical Outcomes Coordinator (RN) to oversee our daily office and clinical operations.     A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR HOSPICE EDUCATION AND OUTCOMES COODINATOR (RN)

    As our Hospice Education and Clinical Outcomes Coordinator, you arrive each day ready to take our hospice services above and beyond. The primary function is to assume responsibility for administrative tasks and leadership functions for assigned office(s) in coordination with Administrator. You manage our office and clinical operations in order to meet the needs of our patients and help them live each day to the fullest. Ensuring our patient's needs are met, you coordinate the daily workload and 24-hour services. Working with the HR department, you assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new employees. You act as a resource for our field staff, investigate and resolve all reported incidents, conduct performance evaluations, and develop performance improvement plans as well as educate employees on infection control and how to recognize and report abuse. Other duties include monitoring the KPI, the QAPI program, and compliance. You will also be responsible for reviewing HIPAA complaints and work with CM and Administrator to help resolve the complaints.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Oklahoma RN license
    • 4 years of nursing experience
    • 2 year of hospice leadership roles.
    • Ability to obtain CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
    • Knowledge about the Medicare guidelines governing Hospice agencies.
    • Valid Oklahoma driver's license and vehicle insurance
    • Basic computer skills
