The Executive Director Human Resources will partner with the CEO in leading strategic organizational initiatives. The Executive Director Human Resources will oversee all human resources activities including staffing, orientation and development, compensation and benefits, and employee health. The Executive Director Human Resources will also develop and implement practices and procedures that assist in the growth of the facility.

The Executive Director Human Resources will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Executive Director Human Resources will manage performance improvement and continuous quality improvement CQI activities.
