Being a Top Collections Executive monitors collections activities and provides recommendations for improvement. May work with legal counsel or outside collections agencies to handle overdue accounts. Additionally, Top Collections Executive may require an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. Searching for individuals with merchandising experience. This would included making sure that our shelves remain presentable and stocked, displays are being rotated as needed and back stock inventory is organized and remains easy to access. Excellent customer service is a must.
