Your Opportunity
Stantec is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Assistant to join our team. Working in collaboration with our entire accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing collection letters, processing payments, and updating software system with collections activities and payments. Under direct supervision, you will communicate with debtors, providing information regarding defaulted accounts, handling disputes, and preparing payment arrangements.
