Being a Top Collections Executive monitors collections activities and provides recommendations for improvement. May work with legal counsel or outside collections agencies to handle overdue accounts. Additionally, Top Collections Executive may require an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Collections Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.
