Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visit to solicit payment. Duties include receiving payment and posting the amount to the customer's account; preparing statements to the credit department if the customer fails to respond; repossessions, small claims, bankruptcy filings, or other actions as required and keeping records of collection and status of accounts. Provide customer service and support for other positions in the department.
