Overview:
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with previous experience as a Collection Agent. This is a Temp to Hire position. As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Duties:

• Contacting customers to collect on outstanding accounts.
• Reviewing and analyzing account information.
• Coding and posting payments to customer accounts.
• Conducting account reconciliations.
• Negotiating payment arrangements with customers.
• Providing excellent customer service and phone etiquette.

Qualifications:

• 2 years previous experience in collections.
• Knowledge of collection practices and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.

This is a Temp to Hire position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
