Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. Your expertise in sales, market analysis, and negotiation will be crucial in helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential commercial properties for clients
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on fair housing regulations, real estate law, and property management
- Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers or tenants
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as brokers, appraisers, and attorneys to facilitate transactions
- Conduct property tours and inspections with clients
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions on behalf of clients
- Prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent or similar experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Oregon real estate license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide accurate market assessments
- Strong negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
