Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new commercial real estate listings
- Conduct market research to analyze property values and trends
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties
- Provide guidance on investment strategies
- Prepare and present property proposals to potential buyers or tenants
- Coordinate property inspections and negotiate lease or purchase agreements

Skills:
