About us:

Our firm is looking for competitive driven individuals looking to maximize their earning potential in the commercial real estate business. You will be canvasing new business, building client relationships, valuating opportunities and negotiating deals. Our 25 years of experience allows newcomers to gain knowledge in different sides of the business and complete transitions in all assets types.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating commercial real estate investment transactions and fostering new business opportunities
• Business development
• Client relationship
• Investment property analysis
• Market research
• Contract negotiation/closings
• Energetic marketing of listed commercial properties
• Communication with potential sellers/buyers/clients
• Conduct showings of investment properties

What we are looking for:

• Team-oriented individual

• Strong communication skills, organizational, analytical, detail oriented
• Effective negotiating skills
• Desire to become a leader and expert in an appointed submarket
• Previous sales or marketing experience is preferred, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
