Duties:
- Provide 1:1 care and support to adults with developmental disabilities.
- Assists individuals in community engagement to enhance opportunities for improved quality of life, independence, and inclusion.
- You will be responsible for picking the individual up from their home or assisted living facility, bringing them out to engage in activities or outings, and returning them home.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working with developmentally disabled individuals is required.
- Valid driver's license and car insurance are mandatory.
- Must pass a background check.
