Position: Part-Time Onsite Support Technician , Samaritan Medical CenterThe successful candidate will:- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting services
- Be responsible to ensure that pCare’s technical requirements are followed and customer satisfaction is achieved for all aspects of the service.
- Replace defective equipment as needed (remotes, phones, tv's etc)
- Familiarize customers with the use of our interactive system and its features
- Be comfortable handling computer documentation including payment records
Skills/Qualifications:- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with basic technical/repair skills
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
Physical/Health Requirements:- Must be able to lift 50lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder
- Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings.
- Must be COVID 19 vaccinated

- Location: Samaritan Medical Center, 830 Washington St, Watertown, NY 13601
- Shift: Any three to four hours between 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Pay rate: $18.00 p/h
- Joining bonus can earn up to $1k
