- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with document management using tools such as DocuSign
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Plan and execute company events, including conferences and team-building activities
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Licensed Notary (preferred)
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Familiarity with document management tools like DocuSign
- Strong event planning and coordination abilities
