Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Community Development Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Community Development Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     Our client is currently seeking a Community Manager with a high attention to detail to join a progressive team. A successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of property management, including mobile home park management, supervising, purchasing and maintaining software, communicating with tenants and contractors and ensuring that the workflow remains smooth and efficient.

    ***MUST HAVE MANUFACTURED HOUSING MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ***

    Responsibilities:

    • Direct sales and marketing activity
    • Perform weekly property visits with follow up
    • Ensure that all rents are collected and handle delinquency accounts with Attorney
    • Hire, train, and coach on-site staff and complete performance evaluations
    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
    • A clear understanding of the budgeting process and effective financial management and analysis
    • Knowledge of computer systems is a must. Proficiency in rent management-based software
    • It is expected and required all business practices are conducted in accordance with company policy and procedure.
    • Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and able to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
    • To adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing, and management maintenance services.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of property management experience *Mobile Home specific*
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong time management, leadership, and follow-through skills.
    • Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
    • General computer & internet knowledge.

    ***MUST HAVE MANUFACTURED HOUSING MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ***

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Compensation is based on experience. Property Management experience is required.

    Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
