Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. In this Account Executive role, you'll sell our state-of-the-art products and services to the builders and property managers of multiple dwelling unit (MDU) communities.

You will interface regularly with high-level clientele, including C-suite executives, property owners, co-op/condo board members, lawyers, building managers, developers, and government officials.     WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
    Required Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Experience: 3 years of related sales experience within cable TV, residential property management, or real estate development; experience with rights of entry/access, and FCC requirements for inside wiring rules
    • Skills: Superb communication, contract negotiation, strategic planning, problem solving, customer satisfaction, active listening
    • Abilities: Present technical concepts in understandable ways, sound judgement, motivated, results-driven, work well under pressure, detail-oriented
    • Travel Ability: Up to 50%, including day trips and occasional overnight travel; valid state driver's license and safe driving record


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of cable, TV, Internet, and/or Voice products and services
    • Experience using automated report applications (e.g. Salesforce CRM)
