Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Community Development Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Community Development Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Description:
Our client is seeking Account Development Executives to help launch a new partnership program with local businesses within rural communicates. This Account Development Executive will work with businesses to identify partnerships. These partnerships will help expand small businesses and help them bring in more income to their business.
Territory - located around Erie, PA
BONUSES: Up to $200 per partnership - employees will receive a $50 bonus for every partnership application submitted and another $150 bonus for every application that is converted into a partnership.
$50 monthly phone bill reimbursement
Mileage reimbursement: Employees are reimbursed all miles traveled - 65.5 cents per mile
Travel: Required 3-4 days per week but will work M-F core business hours and will be home every night (no weekend or over night travel)
