Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Community Development Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Community Development Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     This position is a home visitor in the home-based program option who is responsible for education, case management, and family advocacy to families in an assigned caseload by providing and linking families to comprehensive services including home visits and socialization activities. This position works with typically developing children and children with disabilities. Because this position is one part of a large system of services provided to children and families, this position also serves as a social service referral person and shares responsibility for parent involvement in the program. The position works in tandem with the rest of the parts of the system as an integrated team to support the goals of the program.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    The minimum requirement is a current home-based CDA credential or comparable credential, or equivalent coursework as part of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree. AA/BA degree in ECE or related field preferred.

    Schedule: Full-Time,8 hours,5 days Mon-Fri 40 hours weekly 52 weeks per year
