Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Community Development Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Community Development Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Center Supervisor
Pay Rate: $1,760 to $1,840 Bi-Weekly, depending on qualifications

Center Supervisor
We are looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Center Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Head Start centers and ensure that local, state, and federal childcare requirements are met. The responsibilities of the Supervisor include communicating with parents, the community, and supervision and monitoring of all Head Start staff working at the assigned center(s).
As a minimum requirement, applicant must have a current CDA credential with at least two years of experience working with young children and families and the ability to meet the state requirement(s) for “site director”. Associate degree or higher in early childhood education, child development, or other related education or human service degree with experience working with young children preferred. One-year supervisory experience preferred. Some experience in financial management and budgeting preferred. Previous Head Start/Early Head Start experience preferred.
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week, Monday – Friday, Weeks 40 Weeks per Year
