Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management.     Responsibilities
    • Call on healthcare facilities/Hospitals, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate revenue for both private duty homecare and medical staffing. 
    • Meet or exceed established sales targets
    • Develop marketing plan for new or existing territory
    • Join and attend area networking and chamber groups
    • Seek, Develop, and participate in marketing opportunities in the community
    • Establish working rapport with health care professionals, and social workers in the targeted facilities within the territory
    • Computer Savvy – Must be able to Own and maintain the CRM process, including prospect management, campaign, leads, and ongoing existing customer relationship and prepare presentations
    • Organize and drive weekly and monthly outreach goals 
    • Help with other company initiatives – coordination with recruitment team for potential hires.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or communications, preferred
    • Proven ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, to manage a sales territory, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts
    • Experience in the home healthcare industry will be preferred
    • Experience with public speaking (in addition to presentation skills). Strong at persuasive and educational writing and speaking
    • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving
    • Demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting
    • Comfortable with closing/asking for business
    • Exhibit outstanding organizational skills and a service attitude towards the community
    • Excellent written and oral skills.
    • Requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance
    Requirements:
    • Graduate with bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare or marketing. 
    • 3-5 years professional work experience in a highly matrixed organization
    • Works independently with little to no direction
    • Attention to detail possessing strong organizational skills
    • Customer service including front-line customer and staff interaction
    • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong focus on Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Open-minded, creative and problem solver
