Administrative: Provides full administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and Board of Commissioners.
Coordinates meetings and ensures schedules are updated including room scheduling, food services,
equipment set up and use. Coordinates conference and travel arrangements. Manages multiple calendars,
emails, and correspondence/documents. Maintains office and electronic filing systems, records and manuals,
filing system to support efficient retrieval and reference of divisional information. Provides New Manager
Orientation On-Boarding for new Directors and Supervisors assigned to CEO and CFO. Provides
administrative support as assigned on special projects, critical meetings, program development, initiatives,
celebrations, financial, requisitions, work orders, personnel requests, job descriptions, reimbursements,
catering requests, etc. Provides administrative support to assigned Boards and Committees in developing
agendas, compiling data, preparing materials for presentations, taking minutes, and committee
communications. Maintains assigned policy database and processes policies and procedures through to
completion. Works as a team with Administration’s assistants to provide hospital wide support in room
scheduling, room set up, organizational documents, and contracting. Provides back up support to other
hospital leaders as needed. Provides limited Notary services for staff, providers, and patients. Ensures RCW
requirements are met for the Open Pubic Meetings Act and Public Records Request for both the Hospital and
Board of Commissioners.

multiple/competing projects; Creativity and excellent interpersonal skills are essential; Strong computer and
word processing skills, proficiency with a variety of software packages (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and
Power Point); Ability to work as a team member and independently with minimal supervision
