Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Community Development Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Community Development Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     ```Job Overview```
    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our organization. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our non-profit organization and driving strategic initiatives to ensure the success and growth of the organization.

    ```Duties```
    - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
    - Lead and manage a team of over 150 staff, providing guidance and support
    - Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
    - Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and innovation
    - Communicates effectively with the Board of Directors and provides all information necessary for the Board to function properly and make informed decisions

    - Serves as the primary spokesperson for the agency and manages relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, partners, and community leaders
    - Assures the employment and administrative policies and procedures are adhered to by all Agency programs

    - Monitor financial performance and budgets to ensure financial sustainability
    - Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

    -Ensures compliance with all current federal, state or local funding source regulations and reporting requirements

    -Reviews, negotiates and manages Board approved contracts for services

    - In state and out of state travel may be necessary and/or required

    To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

    - Strategic planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals
    - Transparent and high moral, ethical and integrity leadership skills

    - Outstanding Leadership: Communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to lead a team and inspire others towards achieving common goals

    -Ability to understand multiple software platforms, including Microsoft Office

    - Operations management: Proficient in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the organization
    - Senior leadership: Previous experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility for overall organizational success

    QUALIFICAITONS:

    - Bachelor Degree in Business or Social Sciences or Public Administration or a related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Management experience preferred.

    - Salary commensurate with education and/or experience
