Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Manager. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining the property.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the community, including leasing, marketing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Conduct property tours and lease apartments to prospective residents
- Process lease applications, complete lease agreements, and maintain accurate resident files
- Negotiate and enforce lease terms and rental policies
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and maintenance staff
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and meets safety standards
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones
- Utilize OneSite or similar property management software to manage resident information, track leasing activity, and generate reports
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to leasing and property management
- Proficient in using OneSite or similar property management software
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to residents
- Strong organizational and time management skills
