Requirements:

-High School Diploma
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
-RHIT or RHIT eligible, preferred
-Five years’ experience in Health Information, preferred
-Ability to do detailed work accurately

- Organize and maintain patient health information in electronic and paper formats
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of medical records
- Review medical records for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Retrieve and analyze patient data for healthcare providers and researchers
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate documentation of patient care
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and coding systems
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of medical records management
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other health information technology tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
