Summary: Responsible for supporting home health office operations. Responsible for accurate scanning and filing current and discharged patient records. Is responsible for various forms of office communications. Responsible for assuring accurate billing, rebilling, and collections from various intermediaries. Stays abreast of billing issues and changes affecting billing and collection. Assists Supervisor with maintaining staffing, scheduling and maintaining appropriate documentation on clients.
