We are seeking a Bi-Lingual Community Health Worker to Assist Monmouth and Ocean CCYC Program manager with ongoing growth and inclusion of a diverse group of families across Monmouth and Ocean County to create working relationships between families with children (prenatal to age 8), child care, preschool, health, home visiting, Head Start, family support, early intervention, and other community service providers, and local stakeholders.
